### Write

Open support from the Help menu or the ⌘K palette. Choose question, feature or bug and attach up to four screenshots.

### Add diagnostics if you choose

Optionally attach the app and engine versions and recent log lines, with credentials and addresses scrubbed. You can read exactly what is sent first.

### Read the reply

Each request has a status, open, in progress, answered, fixed or closed, and the conversation stays in the app.
