## Refund Policy

This page summarizes how the free trial, cancellation, withdrawal and refunds work for Mosaic Pro. The [Terms of Service](https://mosaicbrowser.com/terms) are the contract, and where this page and the Terms differ, the Terms apply. Nothing here limits your rights as a consumer.

## The free trial

While we offer free trials, an order of Pro starts with 14 days of Pro at no charge. The trial's terms, including when the first payment is taken, are shown at checkout before you start it. If you cancel before the trial ends, nothing is charged and your account returns to Free when the trial ends. See [Terms, section 3](https://mosaicbrowser.com/terms#plans).

## Cancelling

Pro is $49 a month, billed monthly, and renews until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in the billing portal, which you open from Settings › Account in the app, or by writing to [support@mosaicbrowser.com](mailto:support@mosaicbrowser.com) from your account's email address.

Pro then stays active until the end of the month you have paid for, and your account returns to Free. Cancelling does not refund the rest of a month you have already paid for, except in the cases listed below. Nothing on your computer is deleted. ## Your 14-day right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from your Pro contract within 14 days of ordering, without giving a reason. Tell us by a clear statement, by email to [support@mosaicbrowser.com](mailto:support@mosaicbrowser.com) or by post to Enkova s. r. o., Lehotská 370/22, 972 71 Nováky, Slovakia. You can use the [model withdrawal form](https://mosaicbrowser.com/terms#withdrawal-form), but you do not have to.

If you withdraw, we refund every payment you made under the contract within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, to the payment method you used, at no cost to you. If you withdraw during the free trial, the subscription ends and nothing is charged. An order placed for a business has no right of withdrawal. ## Other refunds

Apart from a withdrawal, we refund the unused part of a month you paid for when:

- a defect in Mosaic gives you the right to a price reduction or to end the contract ([section 14](https://mosaicbrowser.com/terms#defects));
- you end the contract over a change that harms your use of Pro more than slightly ([section 12](https://mosaicbrowser.com/terms#availability)), or over a change to the Terms ([section 19](https://mosaicbrowser.com/terms#changes));
- we end Pro without any fault of yours ([section 16](https://mosaicbrowser.com/terms#ending)).

Deleting your account ends Pro at once without a refund for the rest of the month; within 14 days of ordering, withdraw first to get your money back.

## A charge you did not expect

Write to [support@mosaicbrowser.com](mailto:support@mosaicbrowser.com) with the email of your account and the date of the charge. A person reads every message and answers.
