Turn on app lock
Set a password in Settings › Security. With it on, a copied disk is ciphertext and nothing decrypts without the password.
Backups run daily
Mosaic snapshots the library once a day and keeps a week of them unless you change it.
Trash, then purge
Trashing a profile closes its browser first, then keeps the profile 30 days. Restore it, or purge it for good.
Without app lock, the data key sits in a file beside the data that only your user account can read. That stops other users on the computer; it does not stop someone who copies your whole user folder.
