Yes. Pro is $49 a month whether you run ten profiles or ten thousand. Profiles run on your own computer, with your proxies, on your disk, so another one costs us nothing, and we do not charge you for it.

Yes. The trial starts at checkout with a card: 14 days free, then $49 a month, or $490 for the year if you chose yearly. Cancel before day 14 and you pay nothing. Free needs no card at all.

Yes. Every trial gets an email 3 days before the first charge, with the date, the amount and a link to the cancel step on your account page. It comes even if you have turned the other emails off, because the trial takes a card.

Yes. Pro is $490 a year, which is ten months at $49: you get 2 months free, $40.83 a month, charged once a year. It is the same plan with the same 14-day trial. You can move between monthly and yearly from your account page.

On your account page, press Cancel subscription. One optional question asks why, and the cancel button is on every step, so it takes two presses. Pro runs to the end of the period you paid for, and you can undo the cancellation until then. On a monthly plan you can pause billing for 1, 2 or 3 months instead: your profiles stay on your computer, Pro-only features wait, and billing starts again by itself.

Free holds 3 profiles at a time and 10 profile creations in all, in 1 project, with the same engine and fingerprints as Pro. There is no time limit. Every profile you make counts as one creation, whether you keep it or delete it later. Accounts made before 3 November 2026 keep the Free they signed up for: 5 profiles and 20 creations.

Your account returns to Free at the end of the month or year you paid for. Nothing is deleted: your profiles stay on your computer, where they always were. Subscribe again and everything is back.

Opening a profile asks our server for a short launch ticket. On Pro a ticket lets profiles open for up to 24 hours without a connection; on Free every launch needs one. The server learns when a profile opens, by a random id, never what is in it.

If you are a consumer, you can withdraw within 14 days of ordering and we refund every payment under the contract, as the Terms and the Refund Policy set out. There is no money-back promise beyond that.

The price includes VAT for consumers in the EU. Businesses with a valid EU VAT ID outside Slovakia, and customers outside the EU, pay the same $49 with no VAT added.

They were read on each vendor’s own pricing page on the date shown under the calculator, at monthly billing. Prices change and yearly billing is cheaper everywhere, so check the vendor’s page before you decide. We re-read them every 60 days.

No. Mosaic is local first: profiles live on the computer that made them, and there is no cloud copy to share. If you need shared team workspaces today, a cloud-based tool will suit you better.
