For scraping and automation, the price that matters is not the profile count; it is whether the product gives you an API, a CDP endpoint and the concurrency you need. Read on 2 November 2026, Kameleo prices by concurrent browsers (€59 a month for ten) and ships Docker images and headless runs; the per-profile products gate the API behind a mid plan and still count profiles.

What a scraper is actually paying for

An API with enough requests a minute, a CDP endpoint so Puppeteer or Playwright can drive the real browser, and a fingerprint that holds under automation. On the per-profile products the API often starts a plan or two up; on Kameleo the lever is concurrency, not profile count, which is the honest model for a scraper that runs a few browsers hard.

Your profiles, cookies and proxies stay on your computerIn Mosaic: Local first. Profiles, cookies and proxies stay on your computer. Free holds 3 profiles. Pro is $49 a month for any number.

How it works: Local first

Match the meter to the shape of the job

A scraper's load is usually a few browsers worked hard, not a thousand kept idle, so a per-profile price is the wrong meter: you would pay for a library you do not keep. Concurrency pricing, Kameleo's model, fits that shape, and so does a flat price if you also want a managed profile library on the side. The real decision is desktop against server: Mosaic drives real browsers on your own machine through a local API, which is ideal for a laptop-run job and a non-starter for a headless fleet in the cloud. Pick on where the code runs first, then on price.

What Mosaic gives a developer

Pro is $49 a month for any number of profiles, with a local REST API on 127.0.0.1 and an MCP server. Starting a profile returns a CDP endpoint, so Puppeteer and Playwright attach to the real browser, and Mosaic drives pages without enabling the CDP Runtime domain that flips a detector to bot. It is a desktop app, though: the API is local, and there is no headless or hosted build, which rules Mosaic out for a server-side scraping fleet. The first 14 days of Pro are free.

The full field at four sizes is in the cheap anti-detect browser page. Mosaic Pro is $49 a month for any number of profiles, with the first 14 days free; Free holds 3 profiles and 10 profile creations.
