There are three honest ways to see TikTok ads from another country, and which one works depends on whose ads they are and where they ran. Ads shown in Europe are in a public library. Ads elsewhere are only partly visible, through Creative Center. Your own ads you can preview before they ever reach anyone.
Search the Commercial Content Library (Europe and the UK)
TikTok keeps every paid ad shown in the EEA, Switzerland and the UK in its Commercial Content Library at library.tiktok.com. TikTok's support page says you "don't need a TikTok account to access, search, or use" it, that an ad is included once it has at least one view, and that it stays for a year after its last view (TikTok Support, read 2 November 2026). The library exists because of the EU's Digital Services Act, which is why it stops at Europe's borders.
- Go to library.tiktok.com and choose Ad Library.
- Pick the target country, for example Germany or the UK.
- Type an advertiser's name or a keyword, set the date range and search.
- Open an ad to see its creative, the dates it ran, and a targeting summary.
The targeting summary is the useful part. TikTok lists the estimated audience size, criteria such as age, gender, location or interest, the countries the ad was shown in, and how many unique users saw it in each. A brand's French campaign and its German one can be told apart without guessing.
Two limits are worth knowing. A new or edited ad can take up to 24 hours to appear. And an advertiser that only runs in the US, Canada or the Gulf is simply not there. The Commercial Content API, for researchers who apply, carries the same European data "to begin with" (TikTok for Developers, read 2 November 2026).

Filter Creative Center's Top Ads by region (everywhere else)
TikTok's Creative Center has a Top Ads page that it describes as "high-performing auction ads on TikTok" (Creative Center, read 2 November 2026). Its filters are Region, Objective, Ad Language, Ad Format and Likes, and results sort by For You, Reach or CTR.
Set Region to the country you care about and you get the ads TikTok picked out in that market. That makes it a good tool for creative research in a market, such as what skincare ads in Saudi Arabia look like. It is not an archive, though. Top Ads shows ads TikTok selected for performing well, so a competitor's whole campaign will not be in it.
Preview your own ads before they run
If the ads are yours, you do not need anybody's country. TikTok Ads Manager makes a preview of an approved ad in two forms (QR code preview and shareable URL, both read 2 November 2026):
- In Ads Manager, open Campaigns and the Ad tab.
- Hover over the ad, click the arrow beside the icons and choose Preview.
- Choose TikTok as the placement, then QR Code or URL.
- For a QR code, open the TikTok app, tap the scanner at the top right, scan, tap Preview Ad and swipe the For You feed until it appears. The code is valid for 7 days.
- For a URL, turn on Link sharing. The link opens on a desktop for 30 days, and TikTok warns it is "not password protected".
The preview shows the ad as it looks in the app, but you cannot press its call-to-action button or click through to the landing page. So it tells you the video is right and says nothing about what a viewer in Madrid lands on.
See a TikTok ad's landing page from another country
The landing page is where country differences actually bite: the price in the wrong currency, a geo-redirect that sends Spanish visitors to the English shop, a cookie banner that covers the offer, a page that will not load from a particular network. Checking it means loading the page from an address in that country, with a browser whose timezone and language agree with the address.
In Mosaic that is one profile per market. Give the profile a proxy with an exit in the country, and Mosaic draws its timezone, language and geolocation from where the exit really is, so a page reading Intl.DateTimeFormat().resolvedOptions().timeZone sees Madrid next to a Madrid address (exit matching). The proxy is checked before the profile opens, and the check names the city and ISP it found.

One thing a browser cannot do is run the TikTok app. Mosaic's Android profiles are desktop Chromium in device mode, built from captured phones; they are not a phone and have no app store. For the in-app feed, the QR preview above is the tool. Which kind of proxy to buy for country checks, and why datacenter exits fit link checks only, is set out in proxies for ad verification. The same job on Google, with its Ad Preview and Diagnosis tool, is in how to see Google ads in another location.
Free covers 3 profiles and 10 profile creations; Pro is $49 a month with no per-profile pricing. Checking client ads country by country is one of the jobs in Mosaic for ad account management.
